Busy times at PRJH - 3A & 3R

Wow, where has the time gone?  We are more than a quarter of the way through this school year already!

Our 3 A area has been very busy. Academically, report cards and interviews have been completed. Thanks to all of the parents that took time to come out for Parent-Teacher Interviews. Congratulations to James Hopps who won the gift certificate for the parent draw! Athletics finds us fully engaged in basketball season and participation in the Smoky River Basketball League. Both teams will go into the Christmas season with winning records. Archery will be starting early in the New Year.  In the Arts, we are looking forward to our first Christmas Showcase on December 18,  which will feature art projects, dancing, and selections from our choir & band.

There have been a lot of activities happening at our school! Movember was a huge hit with weekly activities, thanks to our male staff members that grew some great mo’s! Our first book fair in a number of years was held at the end of November and was a huge success. Students participated in our Remembrance Day Ceremony, Kenny Dobbs presentation, Challenge the Teacher, Raider Spirit Days and Ugly Christmas Sweater day is on the 15th!

On behalf of the staff and students at PRJH, we wish you a joyous holiday season!

Look at everything as though you were seeing it for the first time or last time. Then your time on earth will be filled with glory!
